About visa
- Our school can’t give a student visa.
About lesson
- The private class can receive up to 2 lessons.
- There is the term of validity, so be careful.
About cancellation
- Please be sure to contact us within business hours of the day before the lesson date.
We will arrange the other day at the day of your convenience as a transferred lesson.
- Even if you contact us the day before your lesson, if the business hours are over, it will be canceled on the day.
I will count the attendance.
For being late
- Let me know in advance if you’re going to be late.
- Your lesson will be canceled if you don’t contact and are late more than 30 minutes.
There will be a fee, if you cancel on the day.
About your textbook
- Please consult with a teacher and prepare the textbook by the first class.
How to pay your tuition
- All tuition is prepayment systems. Please pay the Option Tuition in cash at that day of the lesson.
- There is the term of validity, so be careful.
Opening Hours
- Futaba Language School is closed on Sundays, National Holidays and for periods around the Obon(お盆) and New Year holiday periods.
(we will inform all students in advance of the exact dates).
- Outside of the holiday periods stated above, Futaba Language School is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 10:00-18:00.
